Common questions
Why is my wagered total lower than what my Rainbet history says?
Boards are RTP-adjusted, so a spin on a low-RTP slot counts for more than a low-house-edge game. It's there to stop the boards being won by grinding near-zero-edge games. Full breakdown is behind the eye icon on the leaderboard.
My username isn't showing on the board.
Two usual causes: you've placed no wagers inside the current period, or the account wasn't registered under code Harri. Search your exact Rainbet username on the leaderboard first — spelling and capitalisation are worth double-checking — and if it still looks wrong, message us in Discord.
When do prizes get paid?
Within 48 hours of a board closing. Weekly boards close Monday at 00:00 UK time, monthly boards on the 1st. Milestone rewards are paid on claim rather than on a schedule.
Can I have the code applied to my existing account?
No — Rainbet locks affiliate attribution at sign-up and it can't be changed later. That's a Rainbet rule, not ours.
Do I need to deposit to earn points?
No. Points come from watch time on the Kick stream once you're Rainbet Verified. Wagering affects the boards and milestones, not your points balance.
Do I still need to send a screenshot to claim a milestone?
No. Once your Rainbet username is linked here, the site checks your wagered total against the affiliate feed itself and grants the Discord role automatically. No proof image needed.
